High Street Surgery are in the process of updating our accessibility procedure for patients that are registered with a hearing disability. We will be contacting patients via written communication over the next few weeks.
Please advise reception if you have a hearing disability or if you wear a hearing aid to allow us to update our records.
For patients that are registered with a hearing disability, if you find it more convenient we can provide a contact email address for you to liaise with our reception team. Patients may also present at the surgery to arrange a pre-booked telephone consultation with a GP.
