Medical reception / Administration staff

Medical receptionist / administration staff are members of the Primary Care Team and are responsible for all reception and clerical duties associated with the practice.

When contacting our surgery, GPs have advised reception staff to ask certain questions in order to direct patients to the appropriate clinician.  Staff have also been trained in care navigation and GPs have provided reception staff with a list of services that patients may avail of depending on their problem.
