Phone lines are in operation from 8:30am, Monday to Friday.
The surgery front door will not open until 8.45am.
Patients attending for nurses appointments will be expected to ring the door bell and staff will open the door to allow them access.
Patients that do not have a nurses appointment will not gain access to enter the surgery until 8.45am, unless in the case of a medical emergency.
The appointment procedure remains the same, patients requesting an appointment should ring the surgery at 8.30am.
Interpreter Service
The Business Services Organisation (BSO) Interpreting Service is commissioned by the Department of Health/SPPG to provide foreign language interpreting support to Health and Social Care (HSC) providers in Northern Ireland (NI).
The main aim of the Service is to improve access to HSC Services for Patients who do not speak English proficiently. HSC Interpreting is demand-led and requests vary according to the needs of Patients/Service Users.
