Repeat Prescriptions
Computer generated prescriptions have a
tear-off segment on the right hand side. This contains a complete list
of your current medications.
Please keep only the up-to-date list and discard any
previous lists each time you obtain a prescription.
You can use the tear-off list when ordering repeat prescriptions.
Just put a tick ( )opposite the item you require on the list and drop it
into the surgery reception. This will avoid mistakes and
misunderstandings about the drugs you require repeated.
Repeat prescriptions may be collected from reception after
1.00pm, the day following your order (12.30pm - 1.00pm on Wednesdays). |
