- From 2nd August 2010 a new
24hr Repeat Prescription Ordering Line will be in operation in the
Surgery:
- Call 028 3832 2189
- Leave your name, address, date
of birth, telephone number, patient ID (if known), names and
doses of drugs (spelling difficult names when necessary)
- Do not use 028 3832 4591 for
repeat prescriptions - only acute prescriptions
- Please, please, please use
the repeat prescription order slips to order your repeat
prescriptions.
